Internal Regulations — PixiLearn Training Courses
Last updated: 11 May 2025
Article 1 – Purpose of the internal regulations
These regulations are established in accordance with Articles L.6352-3 and R.6352-1 to R.6352-15 of the French Labour Code. They apply to all trainees for the duration of the course they are attending.
These regulations set out:
- The main health and safety measures applicable within the establishment;
- The rules applicable to discipline, in particular the nature and scale of the sanctions applicable to trainees and the rights of trainees in the event of a sanction;
- Where the course takes place in a company or establishment that already has its own internal regulations, the health and safety measures applicable to trainees are those of the existing regulations, which may be consulted on site where they are posted.
Article 2 – Information provided to trainees before final registration
Before registration, trainees are informed of the following through the standardised information sheet:
- The programme and objectives of the course;
- The schedule;
- The methods used to assess the course;
- The contact details of the person in charge of relations with trainees;
- The internal regulations applicable to the course.
Article 3 – Information requested from trainees
The purpose of this information is to assess the trainee’s ability to follow the training course, whether it has been requested, offered or undertaken. This information must have a direct and necessary link with the training course. Applicants and trainees are required to answer in good faith.
Article 4 – Discipline
Trainees are strictly prohibited from:
- Bringing alcoholic beverages onto the organisation’s premises;
- Attending courses while intoxicated;
- Taking away or modifying the course materials;
- Changing the computer’s settings;
- Eating in the classrooms;
- Using their mobile phones during sessions.
Article 5 – Attendance, punctuality, absences
Trainees are required to attend classes, assessment and reflection sessions, practical work, visits and work placements and, more generally, all sessions scheduled by the training provider, diligently and without interruption.
Trainees are required to sign the attendance sheet as the course progresses, or to answer honestly and in person the oral roll call that may be carried out during a distance learning course.
Any absence is subject to the written authorisation of the head of the establishment or their representatives. In the event of illness, the trainee must inform the establishment from the first half-day of absence.
Article 6 – Participation, equipment provided, practical placements
Everyone’s attendance must be accompanied by active participation and personal effort.
Trainees are required to keep in good condition everything that has been made available to them by the establishment.
During practical placements and work in companies, the trainee remains under the responsibility of the training provider. They will nevertheless be subject to the internal regulations of the host company with regard to health and safety measures.
Article 7 – Disciplinary measures
A sanction is any measure, other than verbal remarks, taken by the director of the training organisation or their representative following conduct by the trainee considered to be misconduct, whether or not this measure is likely to immediately affect the trainee’s presence on the course or to call into question the continuity of the training they are receiving.
Any conduct considered to be misconduct may, depending on its nature and seriousness, give rise to one of the following sanctions, in increasing order of severity:
- Written warning
- Permanent exclusion from the course
Article 8 – Health and safety
The prevention of the risk of accidents and illness is imperative and requires everyone to comply fully with all applicable health and safety requirements. To this end, the general and specific safety instructions in force within the organisation, where they exist, must be strictly observed, failing which disciplinary sanctions may be applied.
Where the course takes place in a company or establishment that already has its own internal regulations, the health and safety measures applicable to trainees are those of those regulations.
Article 9 – Entry into force
These internal regulations apply from the start date of the course.
A copy of these regulations is given to the trainee (before the start of their course) as part of a professional training contract or agreement.
